Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Goldberg Property Holdings Limited has made an application to the Whangārei District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an on licence in respect of the premises situated at 8 Waverley Street, Onerahi, Whangārei and known as Comfort Hotel Flames.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is restaurant.

The days and hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:

• Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 1:00am the following day
• Sunday 8:00am to 12:00am midnight.
