Apply for a trade waste consent

Businesses (commercial, trade or industrial) must obtain a Trade Waste Consent before operation, which provides approval to start discharging Trade Waste.

The Trade Waste Consent is issued to the business owner.

New business owners must apply for a new Trade Waste Consent in their name, even if the business had already been in operation prior to them purchasing it.
