Notification of plan change operative date

Whangarei District Council gives notice that it has approved the following plan change in accordance with clause 17(1) of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act 1991:

• Plan Change PC 4A and 4C – Temporary Activities and Minor Improvements

The approved plan change will become operative on Wednesday 4 November 2026.

On the operative date, this plan change will be incorporated into our ePlan:
