Rates rebate widened
Changes to the thresholds mean some ratepayers who weren't eligible for a rates rebate in 2024-25 might be eligible in 2025-26. Homeowners can check their eligibility and apply for the 2025-26 rates rebate below. If you received a rebate last year, we have sent you a form for 2025-26, which you should have received by the end of July 2025.

Submit applications by 24 November for assessment in 2025
Grant assessments will be limited during December and January. To receive a decision before the end of the year, please submit your application by Monday 24 November 2025. Consideration of applications will resume in February, but submissions can still be made at any time during this period.

Summer alcohol licence deadline: Friday 21 November 2025
The statutory closedown period for processing alcohol licence applications is from 20 December 2025 to 15 January 2026.
To ensure your alcohol licence applications are received and processed before the closedown, we must receive them by Friday 21 November 2025.
