Wheels Day

Event date: Sunday, 05 October 2025 | 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

This is a fun event for the whole family. All you need are some wheels powered by you!

Bike, skate or scoot around the Circuit Track, complete the challenge at each station representing a town on the Twin Coast Cycle Trail and you'll go in the draw to win some amazing prizes (drawn at 12:00pm noon – be there to win).

There will also be:

• bike and scooter decorating
• Whare Bike offering repairs and advice
• ReSport Charitable Trust accepting donations of gently used sports equipment
• the Smoothie Bike – make your own smoothie.

Hosted by More FM, supported by Whangarei District Council and Bike Northland, and sponsored by Pou Herenga Tai Twin Coast Trail Trust.
