Relay For Life is a community-based fundraising event organised by Cancer Society Northland and aimed at celebrating cancer survivors, honouring those lost to the disease, and raising vital funds for cancer research and local support services.

Relay For Life is more than just a fundraising event; it is a global movement that brings together communities to fight against cancer.

The event involves teams of participants who take turns walking or running around a track for 12 hours, symboliing that cancer never sleeps.

The event also has live entertainment, fun activities and kai to keep teams going all day.

FREE TO REGISTER: We ask all participants to raise at least $50 to attend 2026 Whangārei Relay For Life.
