Notification of Plan Change Operative Date

Whangarei District Council gives notice that it has approved the following Plan Change in accordance with clause 17(1) of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act 1991:

• Plan Change 2 – General Amendments 

The approved Plan Change will become Operative on Wednesday 14 May 2025.

On the Operative Date, this Plan Change will be incorporated into our ePlan:
