Bank Street and Kamo Road roadworks

There will be roadworks on Bank Street and Kamo Road from 11 to 27 June 2025 (contingency until 30 June 2025) to carry out additional minor footpath works required for the new T2 transit lane. 

This will be happening around the Bank Street and Mansfield Terrace intersection, the Bank Street and Aubrey Street intersection, and at 93 Kamo Road. 

The works will be on weekdays during daytime only and the worksites will be minimised after hours. 

There will be a temporary speed limit through the sites of 30km/h. No detours are required. 

Pedestrian walkways will be installed as the works will take place on the footpaths. 

Onsite traffic management crews will assist all footpath users.

All works are weather dependent.  

Impacted stakeholders have been advised by letter, and resident and business access will be provided at all times under direction from onsite traffic management crews.
