We provided new pedestrian infrastructure to connect locations in Ngunguru.

This included constructing some new footpaths on Kopipi Crescent to connect Ngunguru Road and Pine Road, and installing a new footpath to the Ngunguru Sports Complex from the Whale Tail Park playground.  

The design provided for improvements such as: 

  • new footpaths 
  • new kerb and channelling (minor road widening) 
  • minor drainage and signage upgrades 
  • new bollards and upgraded playground frontage 
  • a new pedestrian-friendly connection to the Ngunguru Sports Complex.
