About the Annual Plan process

When we plan our spending for the next financial year, we review the previous year’s financial performance, updated financial figures, cost increases and inflation as well as resource requirements and availability.

This gives us the information we need to make any adjustments to the upcoming year’s Annual Plan.

We also take into account any new issues and review progress towards the ten year objectives as set by the Long Term Plan.
