All fees are stated as GST inclusive (unless otherwise stated).

Equipment hire Price on application

A community venue hire rate discounted at 50% may be available to eligible organisations upon application.

Booking in advance: A deposit will be required to secure the booking. The current year's fees at the time of room hire will be applicable.

Please note: Venue hire does not include technical labour. Price on application.

Banquet / performance package $2,115.00 per day inclusive of GST
Venue included: Te Kotahitanga Exhibition Hall, conference suites, lower concourse (upper corner of Te Kotahitanga Exhibition Hall), kitchen, dressing rooms, green room (not if already booked by a theatre hirer)
Set-up and pack-away rate  50% of daily rates

*Half-day booking rate applies between the hours of 8:00am to 1:00pm and 1:00pm to 6:00pm 

*Full-day booking rate applies between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm

*Evening booking rate applies between the hours of 6:00pm to 11:00pm

*Day and evening booking rate applies between the hours of 8:00am to 11:00pm

*Community rates apply to non-profit organisations

*Off peak – Monday to Wednesday

*Peak – Thursday to Sunday
