Non-substantive amendments to Camping in Public Places Bylaw

Council made non-substantive amendments to the Camping in Public Places Bylaw (the Bylaw) on 22 May 2025 to remove inconsistencies between the Bylaw and the Freedom Camping Act 2011 brought about by the Self-contained Motor Vehicles Legislation Act 2023.

The amendments to the Bylaw come into force on Saturday 7 June 2025.
