Northland Car Club road closures

Pursuant to Schedule 10, clause 11(d) of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is given that for the purpose of the Northland Car Club Motorsport Event Series (September to October 2025), organised by Northland Car Club Inc, Whangarei District Council will close the following roads to ordinary vehicular traffic:

Where: Doctors Hill Road, from intersection of Mountfield Road to 400m from SH1.

• Sunday 14 September 2025
• Period of closure: 8:00am to 5:30pm

Where: Sime Road, 100m from intersection with Marsden Point Road to 100m from intersection with Te One Street.

• Sunday 5 October 2025
• Period of closure: 8:00am to 5:30pm

Where: Kepa Road, complete closure.

• Sunday 5 October 2025
• Period of closure: 8:00am to 5:30pm

During the periods of closure, the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the roads:

• Emergency services may use the closed roads, and residents may use the closed roads by arrangement with the organiser:
