Join us for the afternoon with some home baking by Timebank members to learn about Time Bank - where TIME is our 'currency'.

Timebank redefines work by valuing your time instead of money. As a member you get to enjoy building supportive and enriching relationships with other Timebankers, their friends and whānau, have access to our workshops, community gardens and events that support more resilient communities.

All exchanges of time earn you time credits, which you can then exchange with another member who is offering the help you need. This might be garden work, dog walking, a lift, computer help, a massage, shopping or even an item that you need, the list is endless!

This is an opportunity for event visitors to join Timebank members for afternoon tea and learn about Timebanking.

EcoSolutions will be running a 'Recycling Basics & DIY Household Cleaners' info session at the same time in He Awhi Rito. By combining these two organisations with a social gathering for members, we are creating a relaxed, friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
