Strength and Balance Pop Up Classes

Join us at the Sport Northland and Live Stronger For Longer pop up class and Give It A Go and information stall.

Come along and try a strength and balance activity session. These classes are led by approved strength and balance instructors who will be taking some sessions to try 'give it a go'.

We will also have some handout information about classes in the area and falls prevention.
