Join us for a fun and revitalising journey towards strength and stability in our specially designed Strength and Balance Class for Older Adults. This is tailored for individuals who are eager to maintain and enhance their physical wellbeing.

Come and join in or take a seat and familiarise yourself with our weekly dynamic.

This is a Stand & Sit Fitness Class using our bodies, bands and cruisy music.

The stand section part of this class may be between 1/2 and 3/4's of the hour and the remainder is seated.

If needed, the chairs are used for stability assistance during the stand exercises.
