A Taste to Remember

A Taste to Remember event banner featuring gold stars, two people preparing ingredients in a kitchen, and event dates 22 June to 17 July 2026.

What was the favourite dish in your family? Was it something your Mum, Dad, Nan or Koro used to make? A Christmas tradition, a special baking treat or a recipe lovingly passed down through generations? Now's your chance to honour those memories.

We invite you to host your own 'A Taste to Remember' and turn it into a meaningful fundraiser for North Haven Hospice.

Gather your friends, whānau or workmates and share a dish, cake, baking, beverage or treasured recipe – all while supporting a very special cause.

Will it be something your children will remember you for? A dish that reminds you of someone you love? Or simply your all-time favourite family recipe? You choose what your 'taste to remember' will be.

Ways to take part

You could host a:

  • staff morning tea
  • shared potluck
