If you're thinking of running for Whangarei District Council or Northland Regional Council in the 2025 local elections, this event is for you. 

You'll hear from a panel made up of experts in local government and the chief executives of Whangarei District Council and Northland Regional Council, and you'll have the opportunity to ask anything and everything you want to know about being an elected member.

There will be plenty of time for one-on-one chats and, if you can't make it in person, don't worry – we're livestreaming the event, so you can send through your questions while you're watching.
