The Vine Street traffic improvements are now complete.

The raised platform has been transformed into an official pedestrian crossing, featuring new signs, lights, and enhanced drainage.

This upgrade provides a safe connection between the Whangārei CBD and the Rose Street bus terminal, which is scheduled for upgrade later this year.
