Resident Satisfaction Survey

We conduct an annual Resident Satisfaction Survey to gauge Whangārei residents' perceptions of, and satisfaction with our services and facilities.

The survey measures satisfaction with transport, roading, water quality, waste management, community facilities, community wellbeing, cultural wellbeing, environmental matters, communication and engagement.
