Waterfront Precinct Plan

The Waterfront Precinct Plan is a shared vision for our waterfront created in collaboration with hapū, community,  stakeholders and Council.

The aim of the Waterfront Precinct Plan is to create a cohesive integrated plan which outlines how the waterfront will change and develop over the next 20-30 years, and how we want to achieve it.

It brings together the numerous waterfront related projects which we have already committed to, such as Pohe Island development, Hātea Loop and the New Town Basin Park and guide future development, public improvements and projects.
