Whangarei parkrun starts and finishes under Te Matau a Pohe bridge on Port Road. Register today!

We head up over the bridge to the far side of the Hātea River to a marked turnaround point. Turn here and retrace your steps to the start area.

Head out on the near side of the river to a second turnaround point. Turn and retrace your steps to the finish beneath Te Matau a Pohe bridge where we started.

We look forward to seeing runners, joggers, walkers and volunteers. Young and old, come and support a family member or friend and enjoy a coffee.
