Reyburn House Gallery warmly invites the public to experience our 2025 Matariki Exhibition – a community celebration of remembrance, reflection and renewal through the eyes of Northland artists.

Running from Tuesday 10 June to Sunday 6 July 2025, this heartfelt exhibition brings together original works that honour the spirit of Matariki – remembering those we’ve lost, celebrating those we cherish, and looking ahead to new beginnings.

Featuring a wide range of creative voices, the show includes work from artists across Te Tai Tokerau, both established and emerging. With no selection panel, the result is an authentic, diverse and deeply personal expression of community wairua.

We're proud to continue this kaupapa, thanks to the generosity of our artists and supporters. As always, entry to the gallery is free, and everyone is welcome.

Come and walk through stories of whānau, aspiration, remembrance and light.

Whether you're reconnecting with the season, exploring new local talent or simply enjoying the warmth of creative connection, the Matariki Exhibition is a beautiful place to pause.
