Project overview

Semenoff Stadium's ageing roof is being replaced, ensuring the venue remains fit for purpose and able to host high-quality events year-round.

The existing canopy roof has reached the end of its design life and is no longer performing as required. It presents ongoing challenges including weather-tightness issues, increasing maintenance costs, and inefficiencies in heating and moisture control.

The project will replace the current roof with a modern long-span structure designed to improve durability, performance and overall user experience.
