We’re upgrading the footpaths on the west side of King Street, between 25 King Street and 59 King Street (Four Square to Union Street).

This work includes renewing the kerb and channel, stormwater connections, and vehicle crossings.

What you need to know:

• Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained throughout the project.
• The final work schedule will be confirmed once the contractor is on board.

We’re also looking at renewing the footpath on the east side of King Street, depending on available funding.
