Northland Car Club temporary road closures

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that for the purpose of the Motorsport Event Series, organised by Northland Car Club Inc, the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic:

Where: Sime Road, 100m from the Marsden Point Road intersection to 100m from the Te One Street intersection.

• Sunday 25 October 2026
• Period of closure: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Where: Kepa Road, complete closure.

• Sunday 25 October 2026
• Period of closure: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Where: Crows Nest Road, from the Paiaka Road intersection to 2km from the State Highway 1 intersection.

• Sunday 31 January 2027
• Period of closure: 8:00am to 5:00pm

During the periods of closure, the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the roads:

• Emergency services may use the closed roads, and residents may use the closed roads by arrangement with the organiser:

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use the roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the periods of closure.
