A 20-minute appointment with the duty planner is a free service.
We offer a pre-application meeting service to enable round the table discussion with those departments who will be involved in considering and determining an application for resource consent or other planning approval.
You are entitled to one free 1-hour pre-application meeting to discuss your proposal with our staff before you lodge an application.
Any follow up work will be charged at a standard rate to cover actual and reasonable costs.
