This project improved pedestrian safety around Kensington Park and Lupton Avenue – a highly pedestrianised area with three large schools nearby.
There were minor changes to pedestrian crossing locations, as well as footpaths renewals, renewed signage and changes to road markings, with a minor overall increase in parking numbers in this area, which is highly used during the winter months.
