Go on a treasure hunt adventure for World Children's Day!

Get ready to explore, discover and have heaps of fun as you test your hunting and observation skills on a treasure hunt to celebrate UNICEF's World Children's Day – 20 November!

You could win one of two awesome prizes – a bundle of art supplies or books.

It’s perfect for families, friends and curious kids of all ages. So put on your explorer hats and join the adventure!

How to enter

Grab your entry form from either the Hundertwasser Art Centre or the Whangārei Central Library and follow the special map through Central Whangārei.

Entry forms will be available from 17 to 24 November.

Your mission

Find as many clues as you can along the route from the library to the art centre or vice versa!

Submit entry forms

Drop your completed entry form at either the library or the art centre.

Prize draw

All entries go into a draw. Prizes will be drawn and winners notified after 24 November 2025.
