When you are logged in to My Monitor, the home account page is displayed with your My Monitor account balance, recent library services activity and current library charges.

From here you can:
- Top Up your account.
- Change your settings - change email address and PIN or specify if and when you want My Monitor account statements emailed to you.
- View your activity log.
- View statements.
- Access the My Monitor help guide.
Top up My Monitor account
Payments are by credit card only.
To top up your account click on the green Add Value button and either select the amount you want to add or enter a dollar amount.
Click the Options button to set up email reminders to top the account up when the balance falls below a specified value.
To pay charges
Once you have topped up your My Monitor account click the red pay button, (which displays only when you do have charges owing), then tick the box or boxes next to the charges you wish to pay.
