Renew items

Items may be renewed twice unless someone else has placed a hold on them.

You can renew items by:

9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays
10 am to 1 pm on Sundays

Use My Account in the library catalogue

Click on the My Account link in the top blue banner of the library catalogue to open your account details, then click on the Library Checkouts tab (1).

If you have any overdue items, an alert icon will appear on this tab.

The Library Checkouts section lists the items that you have currently borrowed.
If you have any items that are overdue, they will appear at the top of the list with the red alert icon.

To renew items

Tick the items you want to renew or select them all by using the Select All check box (2) and then click the Renew button (3).

Items cannot be renewed

If Privilege has expired message appears under an item, then it cannot be renewed.

Because:

Another library member has placed a request or hold on it.
It has already been renewed twice.
It is a latest issue magazine on 3 day loan.
It is a new release movie DVD on 3 day loan.
