My Account holds tab

This tab lists all the items from the digital library and physical library that you have placed holds or requests on.


The listings show title/author, status (pending or ready to pick up by date), pickup location, when the hold expires and place in the holds queue.

The green alert symbol on the tab and next to an item indicates it is available for you to collect. The date when the hold will expire is shown in the Status column.

Holds are held for you for 10 days.

Managing your holds

From this screen you can:

  • Cancel the hold
  • Change pickup location
  • Suspend the hold to a later date (if you are number one in the queue and won't be able to collect the hold for another month or so.)
  • Cancel the hold.
