How to log in to your account

On this website

The links to My Account login are on every page on this website.

• On a computer, tablet or iPad
  Click on the My Account button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

• On a smartphone or tablet
  Click on the Quick Links button at the top right-hand corner of the screen and select My Account from the drop-down window.

On the library catalogue

On the top banner of the library catalogue click on either Log In (1) or My Account (2).

Go to the library catalogue

The log in window opens

Enter your library card number

Type in the 9-digit number under the barcode on the back of your library card which will be in one of the following formats:

• G07123456 or G08123456
  - the digit after the 'G' is a zero '0' not the letter 'o'.

• or G10123456.

Enter your PIN

If you do not have a PIN (Personal Identification Number), try the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- this is your default PIN if you have not selected one yourself.

Click the Log in button.

• You can change your PIN after you have logged in.
  - click My Account then the Personal Information tab, then select > Change PIN.
• Click Forgot my PIN to reset your PIN.

Logged in

When you have successfully logged in the word 'Welcome' with your name will appear in the top blue banner of the library catalogue.
