Making Northland Accessible

An illustration showing people with various access needs.

Accessibility is when everyone can access places, services, and information with ease and dignity.

Many people in our communities have disabilities and access needs. People with access needs include people with disabilities, older adults, whanau with young children, and people with language difficulties.

The four Northland councils are working together to support accessibility in Te Tai Tokerau.

We want your input as someone with access needs. And we want you to participate in the way that best suits you. There are some options below for you to choose from. Printed copies are also available upon request from our customer service centres and libraries. All paper copies can be dropped off at these locations.

If none of these options are suitable, you can call into your local council service centre anywhere in Northland for more information or email us:

Feedback closes in February 2023.
