This document is the Annual Plan 2008/09 for Whangarei District Council
and a Statement of RMA Fees and Charges for 2008/09.
The Annual Plan sets out in detail the activities Council proposes to
undertake and their cost, and it has been prepared in the context of the
2006 - 2016 Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP). The Annual Plan was adopted on 25 June 2008.
