Referendum on the Old Harbour Board Building
This page contains the results from the referendum to determine the future use of the old Harbour Board Building.

Council resolved to run a binding referendum to decide the future use of the Old Harbour Board Building at the Town Basin.
The following three options were presented to voters:
Option A: Development of the building for the Harbourside Project,
Option B: Development of the building for the Hundertwasser Wairau Maori Art Centre,
Option C: Demolition of the building.
Voting on the referendum closed at midday on Friday 5 June 2015.
The final results of the referendum as at 2.37 pm on Monday 8 June 2015 are as follows.

The declaration of the final result will be made on Tuesday 9 June 2015.
