Help design Kamo Village

Last year the “Kamo Place Racers” told us traffic was a problem in Kamo, so...
This weekend from 9am to 2pm on Saturday 21 February come along to the Kamo Village Street Design Workshop at Kamo High School Library and let’s come up with some solutions.
Updated: 17/12/2015 3:38 p.m.

The workshop will be run by MRCagney, independent Urban Design and Transportation specialists, and will include a presentation by Steven Burgess about the art of designing streets for everybody.

After the presentation people will work in small groups to review, discuss and generate design ideas for the main street, including a walk audit to identify good and bad aspects of the existing streetscape. Light refreshments will be provided for all those taking part.

Be a part of the workshop and put forward your ideas for improving the Kamo streetscape, and making it into a space for everyone to enjoy and be proud of.
